"Richie" was from the repeat breeding between Drew and Tammy that produced the 2001 WD/BOW/BP at American Spaniel Club, Deja Vu Gypsy King the Wonderling.  Richie was one of six red boys (!!!), and was the pick puppy.  Luckily for me, my handler, Robin Novack, was in the mood for a new red boy and brought her client and friend, Celie Florence, over to look at the boys. They fell in love with Richie too, and thanks to Celie's wonderful generousity, and Robin's excellent handling skills, Richie had an excellent show career, winning numerous specialites and groups, getting an Award of Merit at the National in 2006, and wound up as top conformation English Cocker for 2006.  And the icing on the cake is that I gained a wonderful new friend in Celie.

Richie is also doing well as stud dog, and has produced mutliple sweeps winners so far.  He is in his retirement home with Robin in Michigan.
